You can book your accommodation, tour or activity with 50% of the total amount.

If you have to cancel your reservation, our reservation policy is still possible to cancel two weeks before the date of the booking and we will refund the 80% of the deposit.

If you cancel before 1 week, we will refund only 50% of the deposit.

If you cancel before 6 days there is no refund of the deposit.

The total amount of the booking will be pay when check in is done.

*Incidentals like: Natural disasters, bad weather conditions, and others that by majeure force prevent your visit from being made and have to cancel it. We could reschedule the date of your book or if your visit is not possible 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

The total amount of the reservation will be paid at check-in.

Puedes reservar tu alojamiento, tour o actividad con el 50% del importe total de la cotización.

Si tiene que cancelar tu reserva, nuestra política de cancelación: es posible cancelar dos semanas antes de la fecha de la reserva y le reembolsaremos el 80% del depósito.

Si cancelas antes de 1 semana, le reembolsaremos solo el 50% del depósito.

Si cancelas antes de 6 días, no hay reembolso del depósito.

El total del dinero de la reserva se pagará al hacer el registro de entrada el día de la reserva.

*Imprevistos como: Desastres naturales, malas condiciones climáticas, y otros que por fuerza mayor impidan que se realice su visita y tengan que cancelarla. Podríamos reprogramar la fecha de su reserva o si su visita no es posible se reembolsará el 50% del depósito.
